Typical Weeknight Dinner at Oberlin College

Dascomb, Oberlin, Ohio

An example of a typical CDS dining hall meal for a student at Oberlin College. This particular plate consists of a demolished portion of pulled pork with barbeque sauce, polenta, mixed vegetables, and the remnants of a pear. Potentially interesting/relevant for future examination/comparisons of diet in terms of time/location, foods as ‘dated’, etc.
